Do I need an LLC to send texts right away?
No — and you don't have to wait. Carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business SMS, which is smoother with an LLC but available to sole proprietors too. Either way, it takes time. What happens to my existing contacts?

What exactly are the usage fees?
